An electronic care delivery time line report or eCDR is a digital tool that provides a detailed timeline of care delivery for each care visit or call in a client's home.

The timeline includes information about concerns, care activity tasks, and their status with care notes, time and date stamps, and carer signatures.

If relevant and with consent, images or documents can be added to the call by the carer.

The office can also add additional notes/documents to the eCDR, which can be easily retrieved using various filters and date ranges based on the client or carer, the date, and the status of the call.

Specific notes can also be logged under the client or staff profiles and in the incident reporting sections.

The eCDR digital system facilitates easy retrieval of relevant evidence for compliance, management and inspections.
