Each Call has a detailed Care Delivery Time line, highlighting concerns, care activity tasks e.g. medication, personal or continence care (configurable) and their status with care notes, time and date stamps and carer signatures. If relevant and consent has been obtained images or documents can be added to the Call by the Carer.

The office can add further notes which are easily retrievable from the digital care system by a range of filters and date ranges based on Client or Carer, date and date ranges, status of the Call e.g. Completed, In Progress, Safeguarding. Specific notes can be logged under the Client or Staff profiles and in the Incident reporting sections.

The system allows an easy way to retrieve relevant evidence for compliance whilst Management can view and effectively manage issues efficiently.
